1. GENERAL

2. LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age in the location in which you are viewing the Website/s in order to participate in the Games. 3. YOUR PLAYER ACCOUNT

3.1. The Casino allows you to play either in “Play for Fun” mode or in “Play for Real Money” mode.

3.2. In the “Play for Fun” mode no real money is played and any funds so played shall have no real value nor be redeemable for any real value. Players are encouraged to play and become familiar with the Casino and the Games in the “Play for Fun” mode before placing bets using real money.

3.3. The “Play for Real Money” mode allows you to bet and to win using real money. In order to play in Real Money mode you will first need to register with the Casino, open an account (the “Player Account”) and deposit money into Your Player Account using any of the payment methods accepted from time to time by the Casino. 3.5. You must ensure that all mandatory information is entered into the online registration form and you warrant that all such information is true, complete and up-to-date. The Casino may wish to verify Your identity and the information provided by You at any time during the registration process, when You transfer funds into and from Your Player Account or at any other time at the Casino’s absolute discretion and for this purpose may request You to provide documentary evidence, such as a copy of Your passport, identity card, utility bill or any other document which may be considered appropriate in the circumstances. 3.7. Multiple Player Accounts are not permitted. Should you notice that you inadvertently have more than one Player Account at any time, You must immediately notify the Casino.

3.8. Your Player Account is for your personal use only and you are not permitted to use Your Player Account on behalf of any other person.

3.9. Transfers of funds between Player Accounts are not permitted. You may neither transfer funds from Your Player Account to other players nor receive funds from other players into your own Player Account.

3.10. Conditions relating to minimum and maximum limits may be applied to Your Player Account and these may depend on such criteria as Your method of deposit, Your prior history with the Casino and other criteria at the Casino’s sole discretion.

3.11. The Casino accepts deposits in a number of currencies, as detailed on the Website and you may deposit funds into Your Player Account in any of the serviced currencies. All future transactions with the Casino will then be carried out in the currency selected upon signup.

3.12. Depending on the payment method you choose to transfer funds into or from Your Player Account, You may incur charges during the transaction. 3.13. No interest shall accrue on the funds held in Your Player Account and none of these funds are secured by any statutory authority.

3.14. You may only participate in any Game if sufficient funds are held on Your Player Account for such participation. The Casino will not allow you to participate in any Game on credit under any circumstances whatsoever.

3.15. Once the outcome of a Game in which you participate is determined, all winnings will be credited to Your Player Account.

3.16. Any winnings which do not belong to You and which may be wrongly credited to Your Player Account, whether due to technical or human error or otherwise, shall remain the property of the Casino and shall be transferred from Your Player Account as soon as the error comes to the attention of the Casino. It is your obligation to immediately notify the Casino in the event that any funds are wrongly credited to Your Player Account. Should You have withdrawn such funds prior to the Casino’s becoming aware of the error, without prejudice to any other remedies which may be available at law, such withdrawn amount shall constitute a debt owed by You to the Casino, which shall attract interest at the rate of 20% per annum.

3.17. In the event that You claim a chargeback of funds transferred into Your Player Account using a credit card or debit card or any other mode of payment or otherwise dispute any deposit of funds into Your Player Account, the Casino shall have the right to immediately claim a refund of all funds paid to You and to declare all Your winnings void.

3.17.1. For security reasons You will be required to provide verification for any credit cards used in Your Player Account. Such documentation forms part of the account verification procedure and limits may be imposed on any unverified accounts. This documentation will include a completed verification form for each credit card used, a valid form of identification such as an Identity document or valid passport of the card holder and proof of address in the form of a rental agreement or utility bill.

3.17.2. All Player Accounts are checked against a negative database of Player Accounts who have charged back or have attempted/performed fraudulent transactions. This database is kept and maintained by the software provider across their network.

3.17.3. All Player Accounts will be carefully scrutinised with various security checks being undertaken to confirm location and Identity of the holder. Such procedures include IP checks as well as various computer identification techniques.

3.17.4. Should any Player Account be found to be from restricted region/country such Accounts will be closed immediately and will not be permitted to use the Casino site.

3.17.5. Should the Casino become aware of any chargeback the associated Player Account will be closed immediately and any credit or debit card(s) registered in such an account will be locked from performing any transactions with the Casino. Attempts will be made to contact the account holder in order to clarify regarding the disputed transaction(s).

3.18. You have the right to withdraw any amount standing to the credit of Your Player Account at any time, subject to any withdrawal fees and any conditions relating to winnings and/or bonuses, as shown on the Website/s, by issuing the Casino with a notice of withdrawal through the Casino. No withdrawal request will be accepted by the Casino unless it is received through the Website/s. It is not possible to make a request for withdrawal by telephone, email or using any other mode of communication. The Casino reserves the right to carry out additional verification procedures in respect of any withdrawal request. Such procedures may require for the completion of verification documents as deemed necessary by the Casino. For security purposes, the maximum amount which may be withdrawn from Your Player Account in any one calendar month shall be 5,000 currency units (including winnings) unless prior arrangements for a larger amount have been agreed with the Casino. All winnings from Jackpots are paid out at a rate of 1000 currency units per week. Winnings over 1,000 currency units are paid out at a rate of 1,000 currency units per week.

3.18.1. Withdrawals will only be paid to banking accounts or e-wallets held in the name of the Player Account holder. Such accounts or e-wallets must be situated in countries or regions which are permitted to use the Casino Website.

3.19. You may request the Casino to close Your Player Account at any time. Upon receiving such a request, the Casino shall transfer to you any amount standing to the credit of Your Player Account, subject to any withdrawal fees and any conditions relating to winnings and/or bonuses, as shown on the Website/s and subject to the maximum monthly withdrawal limit per Paragraph 3.18. The Casino shall have absolute discretion as to the mode of payment to be used in transferring your funds to You upon the closure of Your Player Account.

3.20. The Casino reserves the right to close Your Player Account at any time without prior notice and to remit to You the amount standing to the credit of Your Player Account, subject to any withdrawal fees, at the Casino’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason for this decision.

3.21. You may at any time and for any period of time choose to disallow yourself from playing any of the Games in “Play for Real Money” mode by contacting Customer Support. In this case, you will not be able to access Your Player Account during this period of self-exclusion.

3.22. You may choose to apply a maximum ceiling on the losses you may incur in the Casino by contacting Customer Support. Such a limit shall serve to block any further deposits into Your Player Account once the difference between deposits into Your Player Account and withdrawals from Your Player Account has reached Your limit during the respective time period.

3.23. Any Player Account which contains funds and which has not been accessed for a period of 6 months shall be considered inactive and any balances in such accounts shall be removed.

3.24. Any Player Account which contains funds and which has not been accessed for a period of 24 months shall be classified as dormant. The Casino shall have the right to close Your Player Accountand any balances in such accounts shall be removed.

4. TERMS OF PLAY, BONUSES

4.1. You shall not use the Website/s or the Software nor participate in any of the Games unless you are at least 18 years of age or the minimum legal age in the location in which you are viewing the Website/s in order to participate in the Games.

4.2. You shall not use the Website/s or the Software nor participate in any of the Games in “Play for Real Money” mode if you are located or resident in any of the Restricted Regions. You may only play in “Play for Fun” mode if you are located or resident in a Restricted Region.

4.3. You shall be courteous to your fellow players, to Casino staff and in online chat sessions at all times and shall not make any offensive, rude or defamatory remarks in relation to the Casino or its staff, associates or players. Any inappropriate behavior on your part which comes to the attention of the Casino may result in the blocking or closure of Your Player Account.

The Casino shall take action to detect and prevent the use of such methods and reserves the right to block or close Your Player Account and/or to declare any or all of your winnings void upon suspicion of such behavior.

4.7. You shall not harm the Website by purposely or negligently introducing viruses, trojans, worms or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, the servers on which the Website or the Games are stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Website. You shall not effect or organise a denial-of-service attack against the Website. Any such actions on your behalf may constitute a criminal offence and shall be reported by the Casino to the relevant law enforcement authorities, to whom your identity shall be disclosed and with whom the Casino will co-operate in full in order to assist in an investigation. The Casino shall have the right to block or close Your Player Account if it suspects your involvement in such actions.

4.8. 4.10. You are fully aware of the risk of losing any funds deposited into Your Player Account as a result of participating in the Games.

4.11. You acknowledge that the Casino’s random number generator shall determine the outcome of the Games and you accept such outcome. You further agree that in the unlikely event of a disagreement between the result which appears on the Software and that which appears on the server on which the Games are hosted (the “Game Server”), the result which appears on the Game Server shall prevail and You acknowledge and agree that the Casino’s records shall be the final authority in determining the terms and circumstances of Your participation in the Games. No outcome of any Game may be disputed by you once a period of 72 hours has elapsed from the time of such outcome.

4.12. You shall not deposit funds into Your Player Account which originate from any illegal activity or source. 4.15. Bonuses are restricted to one per person, family, street address, email address, telephone number, computer, IP address and debit or credit card.

4.16. Only one bonus is permitted per deposit into Your Player Account. Bonuses which are issued to You without the requirement for You to deposit any funds as a condition for receiving the bonus (“No Deposit Bonuses” or “Free Chips”) may not be used for play on Roulette, Black Jack, Craps, Pontoon, Video Poker or Bingo and the maximum amount of winnings which may be redeemed in relation to such bonuses shall not exceed twice the bonus amount received. The use of "no deposit" or "Free Chip" bonuses consecutively is not permitted. Any winnings obtained from free money bonuses which have been used consecutively are not cashable and will be voided from the player account. 4.17. You shall only be eligible for bonuses when playing in “Play for Real Money” mode. You shall not qualify for bonuses when you play in “Play for Fun” mode.

4.18. The Casino reserves the right to withhold any bonuses awarded to you if such bonuses are not utilised within 3 months from the date of being awarded to you.

4.19. The Casino reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, promotion or special offer at any time without prior notice.

4.20. You agree and accept that the Software may potentially become subject to abuse by players, with the intention of gaining an unfair advantage over the Casino and/or in relation to any promotional offer, despite the use of specific security features which are embedded in the Software and which are designed to inhibit such abuse. In the event that such abuse is identified or suspected, the Casino reserves the right to impose specific conditions in relation to any bonus awarded and you shall be expected to act within the boundaries of reason and to refrain from employing any game playing tactics which are intended to abuse the conditions of the said bonus.

4.21. Should it come to the attention of the Casino that you are intentionally employing known practices aimed at achieving a net financial gain from a bonus or promotional offer which you have accepted, you will be considered to be in breach of these T&C.

4.22. In the event that you are found to be placing bets which have no or minimal potential return with the sole purpose of completing the wagering conditions in respect of a bonus or promotional offer you have accepted with a minimal win or loss expectancy, you will be deemed to be an advantage player. In this case, the Casino shall have the right to cancel the bonus awarded to you and any winnings arising from such a bonus and to retain any money lost to the Casino in the process. Any bet placed with obvious intent to achieve high wagering volume with minimal win expectancy shall be deemed to be an abuse of the terms of the bonus offer.

4.23. Should You, after having accepted a bonus, place a single bet using 20% or more of any amount deposited prior to wagering the amount of Your deposit at least 10 times, with the purpose of drastically increasing Your Player Account balance, You will be flagged as a high risk player and Your gaming activity will be monitored for changes in bet value. As a high risk player, you will not automatically be deemed to be an advantage player but will fall under a higher degree of scrutiny.

4.24. Should You place a series of high value bets after accepting a bonus with the sole purpose of rapidly increasing Your Player Account balance and then proceed to drastically decrease the value of Your subsequent bets by 50% or more in the absence of a reasonable reduction in Your Player Account balance, You will be considered to be employing unnatural and advantageous betting patterns. In such a case, the Casino reserves the right to consider such gaming behaviour to be in breach of these T&C. The Casino strongly discourages such patterns of play.

4.25. If You are found to be employing a gaming strategy after accepting a bonus whereby You place a series of high value bets on any game with a wagering contribution lower than 30% and then proceed to place bets of a lower value than Your average bet on any game with a higher wagering contribution, You will be considered to be in breach of the terms of the bonus and of these T&C. In this case, the Casino shall have the right to cancel the bonus awarded to you and any winnings arising from such a bonus and to retain any money lost to the Casino in the process.

 

5. YOUR PERSONAL DATA

7. BREACH OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

7.1. The Casino shall have the right to block or close Your Player Account and/or to withhold any funds standing to the credit of Your Player Account in the event of any breach of these T&C by You or where the Casino has reasonable grounds to believe that such a breach may have taken place and to apply such funds against any loss or damage suffered by the Casino as a result of such actual or suspected breach.
